The 3365 error code may occur while watching content on the XFINITY Stream portal using Google Chrome’s Incognito Mode, or it may result from a configuration issue.
To resolve the Incognito Mode issue:
Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
Click New window (not New incognito window).
To resolve the configuration issue:
Go to the Flash Player Help page and make sure you have the Protected Content Playback Settings panel selected.
Click on the Reset License Files button.
Click on the Confirm button to reset the license files.
