Include Spam and Trash folders in email searches
- Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
- Click in the Search field.
- Choose a folder you'd like to search by using the folder drop-down list and selecting More...
Notes:
- You can specifically search for email in Spam or Trash by selecting either option and clicking OK.
- You can run a search while you are in any folder in your list.
