Set up your XFINITY email or Voice service to fit your needs. Via XFINITY Connect, spam filtering, email forwarding, auto-reply and other controls are available for your email account, while readable voicemail, advanced call forwarding, call blocking and more are available for your XFINITY Voice service.

If your email experience looks like the below, proceed to the Change Your XFINITY Connect Email and Voice Settings - New Experience section below.

Change Your XFINITY Connect Email and Voice Settings - New Experience

Email Settings

  1. Go to www.xfinity.com and click the Menu button.
    Menu button.
     
  2. Select the Email icon in the drop-down list, and log in using your primary XFINITY username and password.
  3. Select the Mail tab at the top of the page.

  4. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the page, and select Settings to see the Mail Settings.

  5. Changes will be saved after each setting is adjusted.
    Note: Some settings may be disabled by the primary account holder.
 

Change Your Voice Settings

  1. Go to www.xfinity.com and click the Menu button.
    Menu button.
     
  2. Select the Email icon in the drop-down list, and log in using your primary XFINITY username and password.
  3. Select the Voice tab at the top of the page.

  4. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the page, and select Settings to see the Voice Settings.

  5. Changes will be saved after each setting is adjusted.
    Note: Some settings may be disabled by the primary account holder.

  1. Go to www.xfinity.com and click the Menu button.

  2. Select the Email icon in the drop-down list, and log in using your primary XFINITY username and password.
  3. Select the Preferences tab at the top of the page.

  4. Select the Email icon to view Email preferences or the Voice icon to view Voice preferences.

  5. Click Edit to activate each setting and provide any information requested.

  6. Changes will be saved after each setting is adjusted.
    Note: Some settings may be disabled by the primary account holder.
