Important Note: The total size of your email message, including all headers, text, formatting and file attachments, cannot exceed 25 MB. As a rule of thumb, in order to allow enough space for the message headers and body, the actual total of all of your attachments should not exceed 20 MB.

Add Email Attachments - New Experience

Once you have composed an email, follow these steps:
  1. Click the Attachments icon in the open message.
    Open email message in XFINITY Connect - Attachments icon is center-left below Subject line.
     
  2. Select the file on your computer that you wish to attach.
    Note: If you wish to attach more than one file, click the Attachments icon again and select the second file that you wish to attach. Continue this step to add the desired number attachments.

Add Email Attachments

Once you have composed an email, follow these steps:
 
  1. Click Add Attachment in the Email toolbar.
    XFINITY Connect email toolbar with Add Attachment tab at center.
     
  2. If you are adding an attachment from a file on your computer, click Browse and find the file you wish to attach.
    Attach File(s) screen.
     
  3. Once you have selected the file, click Attach and Send.
  4. If you would like the image to appear in the message body, click the checkbox marked Show images in message body.
