Learn how to display your XFINITY Home system in Spanish. All XFINITY Home customers can display the XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal and XFINITY Home app for mobile devices in Spanish. XFINITY Home - Secure customers also can display the Touchscreen Controller in Spanish.

Displaying XFINITY Home in Spanish

Displaying the Touchscreen Controller in Spanish (XFINITY Home - Secure Only)

  1. What does your Touchscreen Controller look like?
    • If your Home screen looks like the one below, tap the More icon (three dots at the upper-right) to open the More menu, and then tap Settings. Continue with step 2.

    • If your Home screen looks like the one below, tap Settings. Continue with step 2.

  2. Enter your Master Keypad Code.
  3. On the Categories screen, tap TouchScreen.

  4. On the TouchScreen screen, tap Language.

  5. On the Select Language screen, tap español, then tap Apply.

  6. On the Reboot Required screen, tap Yes to reboot your Touchscreen Controller.

  7. After your Touchscreen Controller reboots, the text displays in Spanish.

Displaying Your Subscriber Portal in Spanish

  1. Sign in to your Subscriber Portal. (For more information, see Sign Into Your XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal or XFINITY Home App for Mobile Devices.)
  2. On the Overview page, click the Settings icon. The Settings page displays.

  3. Click General in the left menu or scroll down to the General section.

  4. In Preferred Language, select Español.

  5. Your Subscriber Portal refreshes and then displays in Spanish.

The XFINITY Home app for mobile devices displays in Spanish if Spanish is the language you have set on your mobile device. Check out your mobile device manufacturer's help and support resources for more information about changing your device's language settings.
