Arming Your System from the XFINITY Home App for Mobile Devices

On the Overview screen, the Armed/Disarmed icon shows the current Arm mode that your system is in: Stay, Away, Night or Disarmed. Learn more about arm modes.
  1. Sign in to the XFINITY Home app for mobile devices.
  2. On the Overview screen, tap the Disarmed icon.

  3. On the Arm System screen, tap the icon for the Armed mode you want to activate.
    • Android and Apple: Enter a valid keypad code.
    • Apple with Touch ID: Touch the fingerprint icon.
Note: If you've changed your keypad since the last time you used Touch ID to arm or disarm your system, you will have to use the keypad.

Don't Have Touch ID? You can enable Touch ID by tapping the fingerprint icon on the bottom-left of the Keypad screen.

Disarming Your System from the XFINITY Home App for Mobile Devices

  1. Sign in to the XFINITY Home app for mobile devices.
  2. On the Overview screen, tap the Armed icon.
    • Android and Apple: Enter a valid keypad code.
    • Apple with Touch ID: Touch the fingerprint icon.
Note: If you've changed your keypad since the last time you used Touch ID to arm or disarm your system, you will have to use the keypad.
