View System Activity in the Subscriber Portal for XFINITY Home - Automation

Which Subscriber Portal Are You Using?

If you're using the new Subscriber Portal, which looks like the picture below, see Viewing System Activity in the New Subscriber Portal.

Viewing System Activity in the New Subscriber Portal

  1. Sign in to your Subscriber Portal.
  2. On the Overview page, click Activity in the menu bar.

  3. The Activity page shows your system activity, with the most recent event listed first. You can filter events by date, or by the following options in the drop-down menu above the list.

    • All shows all events and alerts that have occurred in your system.
    • Mode Changes shows only system mode changes (Home, Away, Night, Vacation).
    • Sensors and Zones shows only sensor activity, such as a door opening.
    • Locks shows only activity for Door Locks.
    • Cameras shows only activity for Cameras, such as taking a picture or a video clip.
    • Alerts shows only system alerts, such as a low battery alert.

Viewing System Activity in the Previous Subscriber Portal

  1. Sign in to your XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal.
  2. In the History menu, select the type of activity you want to view.

    • All History shows all events and alerts that have occurred in your system.
    • Mode Changes shows only system mode changes (Home, Away, Night, Vacation).
    • Trouble Events shows only system alerts, such as a low-battery alert.
    • Sensor Activity shows only sensor activity, such as a door opening.
    • Last 24 Hours shows only activity within the last 24 hours.
    • Saved Pictures & Videos shows only events where a Camera took a picture or video clip.
  3. The History page shows your system activity, with the most recent event listed first. To view events for a specific date, click the date at the top of the page. To see more options for filtering the list, click FILTER at the top left.

  4. In the Filter pop-up box, select the type of activity you want to view, then click FILTER.
