Resetting the Camera

Important: If your Camera was paired using a splitter cable, be sure you still have the splitter cable prior to resetting the Camera. You will need the splitter cable to re-pair the Camera after resetting. Otherwise, it will be necessary to schedule a service visit.
  1. Make sure that the Camera is plugged into a working power outlet that is not controlled by a light switch.
  2. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the Camera:
    • xCAM: Press and release the circular gray button on the back of the Camera. When you release the button, the blue light on the front of the Camera will blink. Watch for a solid blue light to appear. This can take up to three minutes.
