Which Subscriber Portal Are You Using?

Installing and Pairing Cameras in the New Subscriber Portal

Your XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal contains a guided wizard called Installation Central, which provides images and step-by-step instructions to help you pair and install devices.

Did You Know? You can only pair one Camera at a time. You'll need to repeat this process for each Camera that you want to pair.
  1. Sign into your Subscriber Portal (see Sign Into Your XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal or XFINITY Home App for Mobile Devices).
  2. On the Overview page, click Devices in the menu bar.
  3. Click Add a Device.

  4. Click Continue.
    Warning screen alerting user that they are are about to advance to a different site with "We're heading to a different site." text. Click "continue" to move forward with adding your Camera.
     
  5. Sign into your Subscriber Portal again using your same username and password.

  6. Click Cameras.

  7. Click ADD CAMERA.

  8. Click NEXT to start the Add a Camera wizard. Then, follow the on-screen instructions for assembling, pairing and installing your Camera.

    Having Problems? If your Camera won't pair with the Hub, or you're having other problems, please see XFINITY Home Camera Troubleshooting.
     
  9. Congratulations! When you reach the final step in the wizard, you have successfully paired and installed your Camera. Click DONE or ADD ANOTHER CAMERA.

Installing and Pairing Cameras in the Previous Subscriber Portal

Your XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal contains a guided wizard called Installation Central that provides images and step-by-step instructions to help you pair and install devices.
  1. Sign into your XFINITY Home Subscriber Portal.
  2. If you haven't set up your XFINITY Home - Control system, the Installation Central page opens. Click Cameras.
    • If your system is already set up, the Main page opens. Click Settings, and then click Cameras. Next, click Add Camera.
  3. On the Add a Camera page, click NEXT to start the Add a Camera wizard. Then, follow the on-screen instructions for assembling, pairing and installing your Camera.
