This article provides instructions on resolving the "X1 XFINITY My Account App Error Code: APPS - 04016" error. When this error occurs, you will see the following message on your device:
  • "Sorry, this is taking a little time. We're not able to display this information right now. Please give us a little time to get this fixed."

Next Steps

To resolve this issue:
  1. Refresh the XFINITY My Account app by pressing Exit on the remote control.
  2. Go back into the Apps menu, select My Account on TV app and press OK.
  3. If you are still unable to get into the app, please try again in 30 minutes.
