This article provides instructions on how to find a PPV event using your Xfinity X1 on-scree guide.
PPV events are typically live events that air on a specific channel, date and time. You can find and order PPV events via the following:
Search
- If you know the name of your event, simply start typing the event's title on your remote.
- Use the numbers that correspond to the letters in the title of your event. For example, type: 993 for "WWE."
- Use the up arrow button or down arrow button to highlight the event you are looking for and press OK.
Browse the guide
- Press the Guide button on your remote.
- Navigate to the PPV channels (typically in the 500 channel range) to look for the event you wish to purchase.
- Enter a channel number using the number buttons on the remote and press OK to jump to that channel number in the guide. Or, use the Page Up and Page Down buttons to page through the guide listings until you reach the PPV channels.
- You can press the FF button on the remote to advance the guide 24 hours, and press Rew to go back 24 hours in the guide.
- Use the arrow buttons on the remote to highlight your program and press Info to view details.
Browse Sports & Fitness in the Xfinity On Demand menu
- Press the Xfinity button on your remote.
- Use the left arrow or right arrow button to highlight On Demand. Press OK.
- Use the left arrow or right arrow button to highlight Sports & Fitness. Press OK.
- Press the down arrow button to browse events available to watch Xfinity On Demand or to locate popular PPV events.
- Use the arrow buttons on the remote to highlight your program and press OK to view details.
