XRE-00111 - There May be a Problem with Your DVR - X1 Error Message

This article provides instructions on resolving the "XRE-00111 - There may be a problem with your DVR" error.

When this error occurs, you will see the following message on the screen:
  • "Unable to find this recording. There may be a problem with your DVR. Please check your [Living Room]* DVR connections, be sure it's plugged into a power source then try again. Error Code - XCL-00111".
    • *This represents the name of the DVR in your home.
