XRE-00109 - Your [DVR Name] DVR May Be Unplugged - X1 Error Message

This article provides instructions on resolving the "XRE-00109 - Your [DVR Name] DVR May Be Unplugged" error.

When this error occurs, you will see the following message on the screen:
  • "Recording Scheduled. Your [Living Room]* DVR may be unplugged. Please check your connections to be sure your program records as scheduled. Error Code - XRE - 00109."
    • *This represents the name of the DVR in your home.
