This article provides instructions on resolving the "XHS-8022" error with the XFINITY Home app for XFINITY X1.

When this error occurs, you will see the following message:
  • "Unable to Retrieve Saved Images: It seems we can't access your saved images and videos at this time. XHS - 8022."

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
  1. Refresh the XFINITY Home app for X1 by pressing Exit on the remote control.
  2. Go back into the Apps menu, select XFINITY Home and press OK.
