This article provides instructions on resolving the "XHS-8003" error with the XFINITY Home app for XFINITY X1.

When this error occurs, you will see the following message:
  • "Let's Try That Again: We're having trouble retrieving your XFINITY Home system information. Please try again later. HomeStream Connection Error - XHS - 8003."
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
  1. Refresh the XFINITY Home app for X1 by pressing Exit on the remote control.
  2. Go back into the Apps menu, select XFINITY Home and press OK.
