XHS - 8010 - Invalid Keypad Code - X1 Error Message

This document provides instructions for solving the "XHS8010" error with the XFINITY Home app for XFINITY X1.

When this error occurs, you will see the following message:
  • "Invalid Keypad Code - no error overlay."

Next Steps

To resolve this issue:
  1. Refresh the XFINITY Home app for X1 by pressing Exit on the remote control.
  2. Go back into the Apps menu, select XFINITY Home and press OK.
  3. Ensure that you have entered a valid security PIN.
