Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Go to welcome.comcast.net/x1.
  2. Go to the XFINITY User Settings tab.
  3. Under Privacy Settings, select Enable PIN for Pandora.
  4. The application PIN is the touchtone keypad equivalent of the first four characters of your Comcast.net password. For example, if your password is spectrum, the application PIN is 7732. Use the 1 button for symbols and special characters.
  5. After enabling the application PIN, when you select Pandora from the Apps Dashboard, choose a User and then enter your PIN to access Pandora.
