Next Steps

When this error occurs, you will see the following message on your TV box:

"Let's try something else. Your recording was not scheduled. If you view this program in the Guide, you can schedule your recording from there."

To resolve this issue:
  1. Refresh the app by pressing EXIT on your remote control.
  2. Wait a few minutes and reopen the app to see if the issue is resolved.
  3. If not, please attempt to record from the program from the main X1 guide.
