Use the Accessories Store App for Your X1 TV Box

If you are a customer with XFINITY X1, you can use the Accessories Store app to:
  • Browse accessories that can be purchased on http://store.xfinity.com
  • Email or text your shopping cart to yourself
  • Link your PayPal account to make purchases directly through the X1 Accessories app.

Accessing the Accessories App

  1. From the Apps menu, select the Accessories Store icon.
  2. Select an accessory to view more details. Accessories are organized into different categories based on XFINITY services (e.g., XFINITY Internet, XFINITY TV, etc.)

  3. While browsing accessories, you can send an email or text message to yourself to receive additional information, including purchase options (see the Send Link via Email and Send Link via Text sections for more information). Or, if you have a PayPal account, you can use it to make purchases directly through the app (see the Purchase In-App Using PayPal section for more information).

Send Link via Email

  1. Select Email URL and press OK on the remote.
  2. Use your remote control to enter your email address (address will be saved if previously entered).
  3. Use the remote's arrow buttons to highlight Enter and press OK.

  4. A confirmation message will appear on the screen.

  5. An email containing the link to your shopping cart will be sent to the email address you entered.

Send Link via Text Message

  1. Select Text URL and press OK on the remote.
  2. Use your remote control to enter your mobile number.
  3. Use the arrow keys on the remote to highlight Send Text and press OK.

  4. Agree to the terms before sending the link via text message.

  5. A confirmation screen will be displayed when the text message is successfully sent.

Purchase In-App Using PayPal

  1. If you have a PayPal account, you can link it to the X1 Accessories Store app using your phone number/PIN or username and password.
  2. Once you've finished adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout and select Check Out with PayPal.

  3. Enter your phone number and PIN or your email address and password, then click Log In.

  4. Once your PayPal account is linked, continue adding all desired accessories to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Once at the checkout screen, highlight Place Order and press OK on your remote to complete your purchase.

  5. A confirmation screen will display.
