How to Access Network Websites and Apps

This article provides information on accessing and viewing shows, movies, news, sports and more on network websites and apps.

Network websites and apps provide the freedom to watch many of your favorite shows, movies, news, sports and more on your terms - when you want, where you want, on the most convenient device available - for free with your XFINITY TV service.

You'll need the following to get started:
  • XFINITY TV service that includes the network you want to watch
  • An XFINITY username and password
There's no additional registration required. Simply use your XFINITY username and password to sign in to a network website or app.

What network websites and apps are available with my XFINITY TV service?
In addition to the thousands of choices available on the XFINITY Stream app and online via the XFINITY Stream portal, we currently provide access to more than 70 network websites and apps across 24 devices. We're working to expand access and content choices for even more options in the future. Right now, the following networks are available:
Do I need to pay extra to access network websites and apps?
No. Access to network websites and apps is free with your XFINITY TV service.

If your service doesn't include the network you're trying to watch, you'll be notified after signing in. You will not be charged unless you decide to upgrade your service to include that network.

What are the system, operating and device requirements?
These are network-specific and we recommend checking each network's requirements for the best online viewing experience. Each network lists this information on its Help or FAQ page.
How does auto-authentication work?
This service allows you to bypass sign-in whenever you're watching TV on certain network websites and apps from home. If you have both XFINITY Internet and XFINITY TV, we'll match up the IP address assigned to your modem with the IP address from which you're accessing content to verify your account automatically. You can just sit back and enjoy the show.

Will auto-authentication work automatically on all network websites and apps?
At this time, only some network websites and apps support auto-authentication. We're always working to enhance your experience and plan to roll this out on more websites and apps soon!

How can I opt out of using auto-authentication?
If you'd like to opt out of using auto-authentication, sign in to My Account and select Turn Off under Auto-Authentication. You must be the primary account holder to use this feature.

How is my sign-in information protected?
We don't share your XFINITY account or billing information during the sign-in process. For details on how we collect and use information, view our Privacy Policy.

Is the online coverage available in High-Definition (HD)?
Each network makes the decision whether to provide programs in HD or not. You can check with them individually for more details.
