What is TV Everywhere?

This article provides information on accessing and viewing TV Everywhere content on network websites and apps.


TV Everywhere provides the freedom to watch many of your favorite shows on your terms - when you want, where you want, on the most convenient device available - at no additional cost with your XFINITY TV subscription.

You'll need the following to get started:
  • A subscription to XFINITY TV that includes the network you want to watch.
  • An XFINITY-registered TV box.
There's no additional registration required. Simply use your XFINITY username and password to sign in to a network page or app.


What networks are available through TV Everywhere with XFINITY TV?
In addition to the thousands of choices available on XFINITY TV and on our XFINITY TV web and mobile platforms, we currently provide access to more than 100 TV Everywhere partner networks across 24 devices. We're working to expand access and content choices for even more options in the future. Right now, the following networks are available:
Do I need to pay extra to access TV Everywhere?
No. TV Everywhere is an added benefit of your XFINITY TV subscription.

If your subscription doesn't include the network you're trying to watch, you'll be notified after signing in. You will not be charged unless you decide to upgrade your subscription to include that network.

What are the system, operating and device requirements?
These are network-specific and we recommend checking each network's requirements for the best online viewing experience. Each network lists this information on its Help or FAQ page.
How does auto-authentication work?
This service allows you to bypass sign-in whenever you're watching certain TV Everywhere programmer sites and apps from home. If you have both XFINITY Internet and XFINITY TV, we'll match up the IP addresses assigned to your modem with the IP address from which you're accessing content to verify your account automatically. You can just sit back and enjoy the show.

Will this service work automatically on all TV Everywhere programmer sites and apps?
At this time, only some of our TV Everywhere programmer sites and apps support auto-authentication. We're always working to enhance your experience and plan to roll this out on more sites and apps soon!

How can I opt out of using auto-authentication?
If you'd like to opt out of using auto-authentication, sign in to the XFINITY sign-in page and select Turn Off under Auto-Authentication. You must be the primary account holder to use this feature.

How is my sign-in information protected?
We don't share your Comcast account or billing information during the TV Everywhere sign-in process. For details on how we collect and use information, view our Privacy Policy.

Is the online coverage available in High-Definition (HD)?
Each network makes the decision whether to provide programs in HD or not. You can check with them individually for more details.

Why can't I access content online even though my subscription includes the channel?
We don't have the rights to provide content online for some networks. Even if your subscription includes one of these networks, without the rights, we can't deliver their programming online.
