How to Exchange your XFINITY X1 TV Box to Watch Netflix

Some XFINITY X1 TV boxes do not have the ability to run Netflix or other Internet apps. If you have one of these X1 TV boxes and want to exchange it for a new one that supports Netflix, please follow the instructions below.

Exchange an X1 TV box for one that supports Netflix

To order a new box, please:
  1. Press the xfinity button on your remote control.
  2. Navigate to and click on Apps from the X1 Apps menu.
  3. Highlight Netflix and press OK.

  4. Follow the screens to view the offer to exchange your TV box.

  5. Return your old box.
