Learn how to cancel an ordered Pay Per View event prior to the event date.

Cancel an Event Ordered Through Your TV Box

Note: Instructions may vary depending on your On-Screen Guide, but the basic Pay Per View functions should remain the same. View your guide for more details.

If you have ordered a Pay Per View event through your TV Box, follow these steps to cancel the event via your TV Box:
  1. Find the event you ordered through the guide and press OK/Select on your remote.
  2. Using the remote, scroll to the right and select Buy.
  3. Scroll down to Don't Order and press OK/Select.
  4. This will cancel your order and you will receive a confirmation screen that says ORDER CANCELED.

Cancel an Event Ordered Online or by Phone

If you have ordered a Pay Per View event online or by phone, please contact us to cancel the event.
