How to Set Up Automatic Payments - My Account Help

You can set up automatic monthly payments in My Account and never worry about missing a bill again. Recurring payments can be charged to a checking account, savings account, or credit/debit card.

When you enroll in automatic monthly payments, the full monthly balance on your account will be charged to your preferred payment method on the date the bill is due. You can also turn off automatic payments easily in My Account.

Note: If the credit or debit card you use for automatic payments is set to expire soon, you will receive an email prompting you to update your payment information.

How to Set up Automatic Payments

  1. Go to and sign in to your account using your XFINITY username and password.
  2. Select the payment method you'd like to use for automatic payments.

    • Note: If available, you can opt to use a saved payment method from the list.
  3. Fill out the form with your bank or credit/debit card information.

    • Note: If using a debit or credit card, you will be asked for the three-digit Card Verification Value (CVV) that appears on the back of your card. The CVV on American Express-branded cards is four digits and appears on the front of the card.
  4. Read and accept the Automatic Payments Terms & Conditions and click Set Up. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the page.

    • Note: Your automatic payment will show as an upcoming payment on the overview page each month with the amount, payment method and date listed.

How to Turn Automatic Payments Off

If you've already set up automatic payments in My Account and would like to turn them off, follow the instructions below.

Note: You cannot turn automatic payments off on the date a payment has begun processing.
  1. Go to and sign in to your account using your XFINITY username and password.
  2. Toggle automatic payments to Off and click Save. To change the payment method for your automatic payments, click Manage Payment Methods.

  3. A confirmation message will appear. Click Turn Off to proceed.
    Select Turn Off for the confirmation message to turn automatic payments off.
