What to Do If You've Received a Late Payment Notification

Payment is due by the date noted at the top of a bill. When a bill isn't paid on time, we'll send a late payment notification.

What Happens When a Payment is Late

Depending on how overdue a payment is, late fees may be charged or service could be interrupted or disconnected.

If you have received a late payment notification, missed a payment or are experiencing a service interruption, please contact us to discuss your options.

Note: It usually takes 48-72 hours to reinstate service once it is interrupted.

You can sign up to receive alerts on your mobile phone five days before your billing due date so that you never make a late payment again.  See Set Up XFINITY Text Alerts - My Account Help to learn more.
