Customers in select cities in California, Kansas, Missouri, Wisconsin, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Utah, as well as those in the Portland, Seattle, Houston and Minneapolis areas, please meet your new XFINITY bill. We have redesigned your XFINITY bill to simplify, organize and clarify your monthly account activity. Your new statement contains all the billing information you expect in an easy-to-read format. You can find a copy of your new bill statement by signing in to My Account.

This article provides an overview of the information you'll see on your bill each month, so you'll know exactly what you're paying for and what to expect. We'll also explain how to easily find the changes that may affect your total amount due each month, like adding new services or one-time charges for things like installation or XFINITY On Demand movies.

  2. Introduction: Clearly presents your name, account number and service address. If any of your information on this statement changes, please let us know.
  3. Monthly Account Summary: A quick snapshot of the activity on your account - previous balance, payment received, amount due, due date and a summary of new charges for the current month. For further explanation of your new charges, view the Your new charges in detail section of your statement.
  4. Contact Us: All the ways you can reach us, right up front.
  5. Service Update Message: If something is changing in your area, like a new channel or offering, we'll let you know here.
  6. XFINITY News: Helpful monthly notifications and service updates.

  1. Service Details: New monthly charge for your current services.
  2. Additional Information: Information you may want to know more about - accessibility information, service change details and other important legal information. If you're seeking contact information for your local franchise authority (LFA), please refer to your billing statement for the authority's telephone number and full address.
  3. XFINITY On Demand/Pay Per View Details: All of your XFINITY On Demand and pay per view rentals in one place so it's easy to see what you've enjoyed this month.
  4. Additional Services Details: All of your other regular monthly service charges - things like equipment rentals or additional XFINITY Voice lines - sorted by service. XFINITY Voice customers will also see their phone number listed right on the bill.
  5. Other Charges/Credit Details: If you've recently changed your service, received a credit, or had a technician come to your home, you'll see that information reflected here.
  6. Taxes & Fees Details: A simple, clear list of the taxes and fees associated with the services you receive. Note: These fees are linked to specific products and services and may vary by area depending on state, local and federal government rules and regulations. In addition, the taxes are no longer broken out by line of business (this may appear as though there are duplicate charges, but the charges will be for different amounts.)
  7. New Charges Subtotal: Total of the new charges on your account since your last statement, including any credits or changes.

Why is my bill changing?
We've been working to improve your XFINITY experience all around - we've simplified things so you can get the information you need without having to search for it. We worked directly with customers like you to redesign your XFINITY bill. We hope that you like the new look and feel, and as always, we'd love to hear what you think!

Will my service charges change with the new bill redesign?
No, your services and associated charges will remain the same. We've just updated the format to make those charges easier to understand.

Is there anything that no longer appears on my bill?
We've consolidated things a bit, like taxes and fees, which are now shared in total.

How can I see my new statement?
You can view your bill from anywhere, on any device, anytime you want. Just sign in to My Account to view your monthly statement or current balance. If you are enrolled in our EcoBill program, you will receive a text alert or email to view your monthly bill. If you are not enrolled in EcoBill, your bill will be mailed each month.

Is my service provider still the same?
Yes! Don't worry; we're not going anywhere. You may have noticed that where your bill used to say "Comcast," it now says "XFINITY." That's us! XFINITY from Comcast provides the TV, Internet, Voice, and Home services that you subscribe to.

Do I still make my check out to Comcast?
Yes, checks should still be made payable to "Comcast." When you send it in, enclose your check with the bottom portion of the first page of your bill. Please do not send cash.

Does the new bill impact my account number, XFINITY username or password?
No, all of your account information will stay the same in the new bill.
