3321 - Xfinity Stream Portal Google Chrome Error Message

Solution Code

The 3321 error code may occur while watching content on the Xfinity Stream portal using Google Chrome.

To resolve this issue, please try one of the following options:

Within the Adobe Flash Player

  1. Go to the Flash Player Help page and make sure you have the Protected Content Playback Settings panel selected.
    The Reset License Files button appears in the left center of the Protected Content Playback Settings panel.
  2. Click on the Reset License Files button.
  3. Click on the Confirm button to reset the license files.
    Pop-up window with Confirm and Cancel buttons says: Resetting license files will prevent this computer from playing previously accessible protected content. You will need to obtain new licenses from content providers to play any protected content again.


Within Google Chrome

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Show advanced settings.
  3. Click Privacy, then click Clear browsing data.
  4. Check Content licenses box.
  5. Click Clear browsing data.
