To unenroll from our Natural Disaster Plan and resume your normal Xfinity services, chat with the Xfinity Assistant using the Xfinity app or head to xfinity.com/chat and type “billing” to get started. Expect service to resume within 24 hours. You can also call us at 1-800-xfinity. In the meantime, you can watch Xfinity TV on any Internet-connected device using Xfinity Stream.
