Xfinity On Demand purchase or rental credit

With Xfinity On Demand, you can purchase or rent movies and TV shows through your TV Box, streaming TV Box, the Xfinity Stream website, app, or connected TVs.

If you have an issue with your Xfinity On Demand purchase or rental, you may be able to ask for a credit online.

Eligible purchases and rentals

To qualify for the digital Xfinity On Demand credit, you must:

  • Have watched the purchased or rented content for less than 10 minutes of combined view time.
  • Have rented or purchased the content within the last 120 days.
  • Request a credit for only one rental or purchase, with a value of $60 or less.

If you used a coupon to rent or purchase content, the title is not eligible for an online credit. This is even if the coupon did not cover the full amount. Also, pay per view (PPV) purchases are not eligible.
