You can check your alarm system’s recent activity right from your X1 TV Box using the Xfinity Home app.
View your system history
- Using your Xfinity Voice Remote:
- Press the microphone button and say, "Xfinity Home."
- This takes you directly to the Xfinity Home app for X1 main menu, so you can skip ahead to step 4.
- Or, press the xfinity button on your remote and continue to step 2.
- Press the microphone button and say, "Xfinity Home."
- Scroll to Apps and press OK.
- Scroll to Xfinity Home and press OK again.
- Select View Activity to see the 30 most recent events (like alarms, sensors, or camera activity) from the last two days.
- Select Camera Feed to see live or recorded videos from the last seven days.
- You must have 24/7 Video Recording service to view recorded videos.
