XRE-10007 is caused by a network communication issue.
"Sorry, we’re having some trouble. A restart for all of your TV Boxes can usually resolve many common issues. While the restart is in progress, you will not be able to watch TV and recordings may be interrupted.”

You can also try the following:
- Ensure all TV connections are tight.
- Make sure the TV Box is not in a drawer or behind furniture so it can get a good signal.
- Perform a restart of the X1 TV Box or unplug your TV Box for one to two minutes and then plug it back in.
- Simply say “Restart TV Box” into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
