XRE-03050 - No Signal from Coax Cable - X1 error message

This article tells you how to fix the XRE 03050 “No Signal from Coax Cable” error.

Next steps

  1. Make sure the TV and your XfinityTV Box are plugged into working power outlets.
  2. Hand tighten all cable connections so they aren’t loose.
  3. If you’re using an HDMI cable, check that it’s plugged into the correct ports on the TV (like HDMI 1 or HDMI 2) and the TV Box (HDMI out).
  4. Turn on the TV and the TV Box.
  5. Set the TV to the correct input.
    • This is the port on the back of the TV that your HDMI cable is plugged into. For example, if your HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI 1 port on your TV, the TV input you will select is HDMI 1.
