Solution code
When this error occurs, you will see the following message:
"Something's not quite right. This outlet may not be activated. Please try the following; tighten your connections. Restart your TV Box by pressing the power button for 10 seconds and releasing it. If restarting doesn't work, give us a call at 1-800-xfinity."
