Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Go to xfinity.com/profile and log in with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Go to the My Apps tab.
- Click Manage Connection button on the Pandora app.
- Select the Disconnect Pandora hyperlink.
- Confirm disconnect by clicking the Disconnect button.
- Reconnect the Pandora app with the Connect Pandora button.
