When this error occurs, you will see the following message:
- "Unable to Cancel Appointment. We’re experiencing a connection problem with this app. Please visit Xfinity.com My Account to cancel your appointment online instead."
To resolve this issue:
- Refresh your dashboard by pressing EXIT on your remote control.
- Try again to cancel the appointment.
