Being without internet is a drag. If you're having trouble connecting, there are a few things you can try.
Check these things first
- Make sure your phone isn't in airplane mode.
- Update your OS, so your phone is running on the latest software.
- Confirm that your phone is showing 4G LTE or 5G on the top of your screen.
- Try another WiFi network because you may be connected to a network with no internet.
