If you're activating certain device models with Xfinity Mobile, you'll see a prompt to Allow or Don’t Allow installation of the Xfinity Carrier Services app. Not every type of device will launch the prompt.

The Xfinity Carrier Services app collects and anonymizes certain network diagnostic data to improve network services and the overall network experience. Xfinity Mobile wants to be fully transparent about what the app collects before you make a decision about enabling it.
Uninstalling the Xfinity Carrier Services app
Since the Xfinity Carrier Services app is a system app that keeps your Xfinity Mobile Android phone running optimally, it cannot be uninstalled. However, you are free to uninstall any non-system apps that are automatically installed by the Xfinity Carrier Services app.
