How to View Your Bill Online

Only a registered account user with bill pay permissions can access your bill in My Account or Xfinity xFi. Primary users have full access to view, manage, and pay bills, and can also grant manager accounts bill pay permissions.

How to View Your Current and Past Bills on Xfinity xFi

  1. Download the Xfinity app (Apple App Store or Google Play) and sign in with a primary Xfinity ID or a manager.
  2. Select the Account icon on the top-left corner of the Overview tab.

  3. From the Account page, select Billing Details to view your most recent bill on Xfinity Assistant.
    Note: You can only see the Billing Details when you’re logged in with an Xfinity ID that’s the primary or a manager.

  4. On the Xfinity Assistant screen, select View Bill History to view previous statements.

How to View Your Current and Past Bills on My Account

  1. Sign in to My Account with a primary user account or a manager.
  2. From the Overview tab, select View Bill Details (PDF) to open your most recent bill.
  3. You can also view your most recent bill by going to the Billing tab on My Account and selecting View Bill Details.

  4. From here, select View previous statements to open your bill history. Alternatively, you can select View Bill History from My Account > Billing to open past bill statements.
  5. Click View PDF to open past billing statements.
