How it works
- In markets where Limited Basic and Expanded Basic signals are encrypted, you will need a digital device or CableCARD to view any channels included with your service.
- Note: TVs with a QAM tuner will receive Limited Basic channels without a digital device in markets where signal encryption has not yet taken place.
- To avoid service interruptions, install Comcast or other professional equipment (TiVo, CableCARD, etc.).
