View or Pay Your Bill With the Xfinity My Account App

Need help using the Xfinity My Account app on your mobile device to pay your bill? You can pay your bill or set up a Payment Arrangement using the Xfinity My Account app and a credit card or your bank account information.

View Your Balance and Due Date with the Xfinity My Account App

  1. Sign in to the Xfinity My Account app with your Xfinity ID and password (or a registered email address/mobile phone number and password).
  2. You'll see your account balance and due date on the Balance Due section of the app's home screen.
    Note: The home screen appearance varies based on the type of mobile device you're using.

  3. Tap View bill details & history to see more information about your monthly statement. You can also tap View bill history to see up to 24 months of statements in PDF form. When viewing the PDF copy of a bill, you can print out a copy using any printer connected to your in-home network.
    Note: Your actual billing statement may be different from the image shown below.

  4. The Billing Preferences section also gives you the option to use the Touch ID function on your phone to view bill details immediately.

Pay Your Bill With the Xfinity My Account App

To make a payment:
  1. Select Billing from the home screen.
  2. Select Pay Now.
  3. Select the payment amount and the date you'd like to pay.

    Note: If your account is currently delinquent, you'll see an option to set up a payment arrangement for the specific amount needed to restore or prevent interruption of your service.
  4. Select a stored payment method or use a new method. If you choose New credit/debit card, go to step 5. If you choose New bank account, skip to step 8.
    Note: Payments with Apple Pay can’t be scheduled for a future date. If you try to schedule a future payment for Apple Pay, you'll receive an error. For more information, see Paying Your Bill Using Apple Pay.

  5. If using a new credit or debit card, enter your card information and the billing address you want to use. To enter the card number, you can enter the card information manually or select the camera icon (step 6) to scan your card. The option to Store this card for future payments is automatically checked.
    • Note: Entering this information using the app will also update your Stored Payment Methods on xfinity.com/myaccount. If your credit or debit card is about to expire, we'll send you an email reminding you to update your payment method.

  6. Select the Camera icon to open your camera. Align the card so that it's inside the framed border. Once your card is framed, the picture will be taken automatically.

  7. The card number and expiration date will be populated based on your picture scan. Verify that this information is correct, enter the CVV number from the back of your card and click Done.

  8. If using a new bank account, select Checking account or Savings account. Enter the account holder's Name on account, Bank account number and Routing number.

  9. If you need assistance with the routing number or account number, select the Help icon next to that item.

  10. If you want to store your payment information, select Store this account for future use, then select Next. Note that when you use the app again, you’ll have the option to choose a stored payment method or add a new one.
  11. Verify the amount you'd like to pay. Click Submit Payment.

  12. If you make a duplicate payment, you'll see the following message: "Unable to Process Payment. It looks like you are attempting to make a duplicate payment. You have to wait 24 hours before making another payment of the same amount using the same payment method." Tap OK to confirm.
    • Note: If you’d like to make two payments of the same amount on the same day, you can do so as long as you use two different payment methods for each. Otherwise, your second payment will be rejected as a duplicate.
  13. Once your payment is successfully processed, you'll see a confirmation.
