Follow these steps if you need to uninstall a camera. You can also remove the camera from your system.
Uninstalling cameras
- Unplug the camera's power adapter.
- Detach the camera's cable from the power adapter.
- Remove any clips securing the cable.
- Unscrew the screws securing the camera to the mounting surface and remove anchors, if necessary.
- Remove the camera from your system, if appropriate.
To help protect the environment, please do not dispose of the old camera in the trash. Check with a local waste carrier or your municipality to learn where it can be recycled.
