Keep track of your messages
Xfinity Email allows you to sort email messages by:
- Subject.
- Sender.
- The date and time the email was sent.
Messages can be listed in ascending or descending order; when sorting by date, you can choose to list the oldest or the most recent messages first.
Ways to sort email in the Xfinity Email website
- To sort messages in your inbox, click on Sort under the email toolbar.
- When you click on Sort, you'll see a drop-down list.
- Select how you would like to sort the messages in your inbox.
- You can sort by Date, From, Unread, Size, Subject, and Color in Ascending or Descending order, and Conversations.
