Set up voicemail greeting schedule or alternate greeting

Set up a greeting schedule and an alternate greeting from the main menu

  1. Dial *99 to access your voicemail mailbox. You will be prompted to enter your password.
  2. Press 4 for Personal Options.
  3. Press 3 for Greetings.
  4. Press 6 for Scheduled Greetings.
  5. Press 1 to establish a Greeting Schedule (or update it if one already exists).
  6. Press 1 to record an Alternate Greeting (if you haven't recorded one already), which will play outside of the scheduled times.
  7. You'll be asked to enter the times when your normal greeting will play on weekdays, followed by the times it will play on weekends. Your alternate greeting will play at all other times.
It's easy to turn off your greeting schedule when you don't want it anymore. Your normal personal greeting will play at all times.

Turn off your greeting schedule from the main menu

  1. Dial *99 to access your voicemail mailbox. You will be prompted to enter your password.
  2. Press 4 for Personal Options.
  3. Press 3 for Greetings.
  4. Press 6 for Scheduled Greetings.
  5. Press 2 to turn your schedule off or on.

Re-record your alternate greeting from the main menu

  1. Dial *99 to access your voicemail mailbox. You will be prompted to enter your password.
  2. Press 4 for Personal Options.
  3. Press 3 for Greetings.
  4. Press 5 to record your Alternate Greeting.
