Learn how to reset an XHS1-TY, XHS1-UE or UEHM2AZ0/H74470BA00-0004 Motion Sensor connected to your Xfinity Home system.
What you'll need:
- Xfinity Home
- The Motion Sensor with which you’re having trouble
- Access to your Xfinity Home Subscriber Portal or the Xfinity Home app
Reset the motion sensor
- Press the bottom of the face and push up to remove the sensor from the battery cover.
- Remove both batteries from the motion detector.
- While holding down the tamper switch (C), insert one battery into the motion detector.
- Release the tamper switch after one to two seconds.
- Insert the second battery into the motion detector.
- Replace the sensor on the battery cover.
