Xfinity membership
We’ve retired Xfinity Rewards and launched a new membership experience — Xfinity membership brings all your favorite rewards together with even more benefits and exclusives, including epic experiences, everyday perks, and special discounts.
And the best part? Membership is included just for being with Xfinity.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Membership is automatic and begins the day you activate an eligible Xfinity service — there’s no cost, no sign-up, and no enrollment. If you have an eligible Xfinity service, you’re automatically a member.
- The longer you’re with Xfinity and the more eligible Xfinity services you have, the better your membership benefits will get!
Your weekend starts with Xfinity. Membership perks drop every Thursday. Xfinity members can view available perks, rewards and exclusive experiences on the Xfinity app or by visiting Xfinity membership.
Note: If you have Peacock Premium as part of your current video package and are also a Platinum or Diamond Xfinity member, you’ll keep Peacock Premium at no cost if you maintain your membership tier status, even if you change your video package. The goal is to make sure members always have access to everything Peacock Premium offers.
How Xfinity membership works
Your Xfinity membership tier status is determined by the number of eligible services you have on your Xfinity account or how long you’ve had continual service with us, which is based on your service activation date. (Note: If you’ve left Xfinity for 90 days or more, your membership will be based on your most recent service activation date.)
You can view your available benefits through the Xfinity app or by visiting Xfinity membership.
Who's eligible
You must be 18 years of age or older, be the Primary user on your account, and have at least one of the following qualifying services on your Xfinity account that is in good standing:
- Xfinity Internet
- Internet Essentials or Internet Essentials Plus
- Xfinity TV
- Postpaid NOW TV or NOW TV Latino/NOW StreamSaver™
- Xfinity Mobile
- Xfinity Voice
- Xfinity Home Security
- Xfinity Smart Home
- Shield Select from Xfinity Home
Members who get their Xfinity service included through a Bulk agreement are not eligible, unless you have a direct relationship with Xfinity through one of our other products like Xfinity Mobile.
Note: You must have an Xfinity ID and password to access membership benefits. To create your Xfinity ID, go to xfinity.com/getstarted or select Create an Xfinity ID from any sign-in page.
How to join
There is no cost for Xfinity membership — and no sign-up or enrollment! If you have an eligible Xfinity service, you’re automatically a member.
