Learn about the self-service options available to Xfinity Mobile customers through the Xfinity Mobile website, xfinity.com/mobile.
Sign on to the Xfinity Mobile website
To manage your Xfinity Mobile account on xfinity.com/mobile:
- Click My Account on the top banner.
- Sign in with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
- Once signed in, you'll see four sections: Activity, Billing, Devices, and Settings.
Activity
In the Activity section, you can:
- View at a glance data usage by line, current cycle costs, and bill cycle dates.
- View up-to-date data usage for each device by clicking on the Device Card (identified by the nickname of the device and phone number) for the appropriate line.
- Add a line of service by clicking Add a Line to the right of My Data.
- Click View Billing on the bottom right corner to see a detailed view of your current Payment settings.
- Payment settings include bill date, next auto-pay date, payment method, and current cycle dates.

Billing
In the Billing section, you can:
- View details about your Next Bill Due, including current bill due, next bill date, and next auto-pay date.
- View information about your current Payment Method, including the ability to show Card details or Update card on file.
- View information about your Current Cycle, including summary of charges and bill cycle dates.
- View usage history and a detailed breakdown of charges by clicking on View Current Cycle button.
- Selecting the drop-down menu across from the device allows you to see line specific charges, such as device payments, Xfinity Mobile Care (XMC) charges, and any associated promotions.
- Clicking the link to Calls or Messages provides a detailed breakdown of Usage.
- Note: The details will only show the receiver's phone number and the time the contact was made. It will not show detailed message content.
- Selecting the drop-down menu across from the device allows you to see line specific charges, such as device payments, Xfinity Mobile Care (XMC) charges, and any associated promotions.
- View Payments and Orders.

Devices
In the Devices section, you can:
- View details about each line on their account.
- Select the Device Card to make changes to the line of service and/or device.
Settings
In the Settings section, you can:
- View the Primary Xfinity Mobile Account Holder.
- View Account Number.
- View the primary account holder's contact information including phone number and preferred email address.
- Edit Contact Information on file.
- Change Password for the account.
- View and update Payment Method.
- Upgrade Plan to latest data options available.
- View Broadband Labels — Review and search breakdowns of the internet speed, service costs, fees and discounts, and pricing of your Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile broadband services.
- Manage Marketing Preferences to opt out of marketing communication from Comcast and Xfinity Mobile.
