What You Can Do in the Xfinity Home Subscriber Portal

Checking Your System Alerts

  1. Sign in to your Subscriber Portal.
  2. The Alerts icon (exclamation point in a white circle) at the upper right lets you know if you have system messages. The red circle indicates the current number of active system alerts. Click the icon to view a drop-down list of your alerts.

  3. In the drop-down list, click the alert text to see details about the alert.

Changing Subscriber Portal Settings

  1. Sign in to your Subscriber Portal.
  2. Click the gear icon at the upper right.
  3. On the Settings page, you can set your Preferred Language to English or Spanish and view your current Data Usage.
