Halloween Countdown app on Xfinity X1 and Flex overview

An interactive Halloween experience titled Halloween Countdown is available on Xfinity X1 and Flex.

Halloween Countdown is a spooktacular experience for the whole family, packed with games, music, stories, and arts & crafts. On the big night, track ghouls and ghosts around the world as they head out on their trick or treating adventures.

From the Apps menu, find and select the Halloween Countdown tile, or say “Halloween Countdown” into your Xfinity Voice Remote.

To access the Halloween Countdown app, you’ll need:

• A compatible X1 TV Box (RNG150 and Pace XG1v1 TV Boxes aren't compatible) with Xfinity X1 service or an Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
• Xfinity Internet service (any level).
• The following Flex TV Box isn’t compatible with the Halloween Countdown app:
  • Pace Xi5
    • Model PX051AEI
      
      

Halloween Countdown features

Halloween Countdown's interactive features include on-screen games, arts and crafts, Halloween movies, tunes and tales, daily challenges, a countdown until Halloween and more. Use your Xfinity remote to select the different options on the screen.

Once you’ve selected a feature, select the left arrow to return to the main page of Halloween Countdown.

The Movies section of Halloween Countdown includes film trailers for Halloween programs and will refer you to Xfinity On Demand to view watch options.

Note: Halloween Countdown is available in both English and Spanish.

1. Select Settings (the Gear icon) located on the top right of the screen.
   
   
   
2. Select your desired language.
   
   
   
3. You will return to the main menu of Halloween Countdown.
   
   
   

Will streaming Halloween Countdown on X1 TV Boxes or Flex Streaming TV Boxes count towards my monthly Internet data usage?
Yes. Halloween Countdown content is delivered over your Xfinity Internet service to your TV Box or streaming TV Box and is therefore subject to the rules, terms and conditions that govern Xfinity Internet service, including any data usage plans that may apply.
