Xfinity Retail Stores have all products, including Xfinity Mobile, so you can try them in person.

You can also go to a store to:

• Pay your bill.
• Manage your account.
• Sign up for new services.
• Pick up, return, or exchange equipment.

Xfinity Prepaid Internet retail stores

You can buy and refill Xfinity Prepaid Internet service at:

• Select Xfinity Prepaid retail stores.
• Some third-party locations.

Find an Xfinity Retail Store

You can search for a nearby Xfinity Retail Store with the store locator page. To find a store that carries Xfinity Mobile:

1. Search for your city, state, or ZIP code.
2. Click the Filter Results drop-down menu.
3. Check the box next to Xfinity Mobile.
4. Click the Filter Results button.

You can also use Xfinity Assistant in the app to find an Xfinity Retail Store:

1. Log in to the Xfinity app.
2. Pick Services. Scroll to the bottom to Ask the Xfinity Assistant.
3. Type in “Find an Xfinity store.”
4. Submit and follow the on-screen prompts.

Find a Prepaid retailer

1. Go to xfinityprepaid.com.
2. Click Find a Retailer tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter the ZIP code. Then, search for locations.
4. Both Xfinity Retail Stores and retail partners will show.
