As of March 12, 2024, you’ll need a subscription that includes HD service and a compatible Xfinity X1 TV Box, as well as the Popular TV package or the Entertainment Genre Pack to view Crossings TV on channel 3131. An IP capable device and HD programming (not included, additional charges may apply) will be required to view Crossings TV.
The network will no longer be available to:
- X1 customers with a Pace XG1v1 or X1 RNG 150 TV Box, any legacy device, or a TV adapter
- (These model boxes aren’t compatible.)
- X1 customers without high definition (HD) service
- Non-X1 customers
If you don't have compatible equipment and attempt to view Crossings TV following the change, you’ll see an error message. You’ll need to change your equipment to view the channel.
If you’re impacted by the Crossings TV change, bill messages were sent in October 2023:
- "TV Update: Effective December 12, 2023, Crossings TV will no longer be available in 3-digit channel placement. On the same day, Crossings TV will be launched in HD IP on channel 3131. An IP capable device and HD programming (not included, additional charges may apply) are required to view Crossings TV."
Note: The bill messages reflect the initial date that the channel move was planned. That date has now shifted to March.
