You can view the status of your submitted support request ticket with Xfinity Assistant or on the Support Page.
If you are opted into service text messages from Xfinity, you will get text messages at certain milestones, such as when a ticket is opened, in progress or closed. The text message will also give an estimated time to resolution.
Note: Text notifications are only available for select support requests.
View tickets with the Support Page
- Access the Support Page.
- Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Scroll down to Support tickets. If you have an active appointment, this will show as Appointments & support tickets.
- Click View tickets.

- Open Xfinity Assistant.
- Authenticate your account.
- You will see a pop-up message if there are any open tickets.
- You can also use one of these prompts:
- “I have an open request.”
- “What is the status of my open ticket?”
- “Open service request.”
- “I have an open ticket.”
- “What is the status of my ticket?”
- Click View ticket for more information.
- You will go to the Xfinity Support tickets page that lists all tickets. Click View info for details on a ticket.
- You will see the ticket number, the date it was created, and next steps.
